Terms & Conditions

We will endeavour to deliver your order 3-5 days of receipt of your order if for any reason we cannot fill your order we will email you to let you know.

If your order is not to your satisfaction, please contact us at emma@emmaatoxford.com and please include an explanation of the problem you have with the order.

Any courier problems should be notified within 48 hours of delivery, by email.

We will replace or credit any transit breakage. Any replacements are subject to stock availability. We will always keep you informed.

Please ensure all items are returned in the original, unused condition, with the original packaging, within 14 days of delivery. Remember to include your details.
